Terms of Service
1. Service
isuper provides content browsing, audio and video playback, favorites, history, membership benefits, and profile management. You must use the service in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules. The service is provided by HONGKONG GLOBAL IMPROVE LIMITED. Contact support@isuper.hk for questions or complaints. The service is offered in supported countries and regions outside mainland China. Our Privacy Policy explains information processing, and Membership Terms and purchase disclosures apply to paid benefits. Mandatory legal protections prevail over conflicting terms.
2. Your account
Keep your account, password, and verification codes secure. Do not transfer, lend, or misuse your account, or use it to violate law, infringe rights, attack systems, or disrupt the service. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own conduct and authorized use; this does not make you automatically responsible for unauthorized activity beyond your reasonable control or for our failure to meet legal obligations. If you cannot legally accept these Terms independently, obtain the involvement of a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law. This does not permit use that applicable law prohibits.
3. Content and benefits
The text, images, audio, video, interface design, and other content in the app may be protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, adapt, scrape, or use it commercially without authorization. Subject to these Terms and applicable purchase rights, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Membership and downloads provide access rights rather than ownership of the underlying content. These restrictions do not remove statutory exceptions that cannot be excluded by contract. Offline access may depend on membership status, device storage, content licensing, and the conditions disclosed before purchase. Downloads are not permanent archives. Material reductions in prepaid benefits remain subject to applicable consumer remedies.
4. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect business, platform, or legal changes. Continued use after we present an updated version means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. Where required, we will give advance notice, identify when changes take effect, and obtain renewed acceptance. Updates do not retroactively remove accrued claims or mandatory rights. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service and contact us about any affected prepaid benefits.
5. Safe use while driving and during hazardous activities
Do not use isuper while driving, cycling, riding a scooter, operating machinery, crossing roads, or performing another activity that requires your full attention. This includes watching videos, reading, searching, selecting content, typing, commenting, and listening when it distracts you or prevents you from hearing your surroundings. Stop the activity and move to a safe place before use. If driving, pull over where lawful and safe and park before using the app. A red light or temporary stop in traffic is not a safe parked situation. Hands-free controls, background audio, and autoplay do not establish that use is safe or lawful. Pause playback whenever your attention is needed and follow local traffic laws and workplace safety rules. These precautions do not exclude our liability for defective services, negligence, or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Listening and viewing precautions
Use a comfortable listening volume and take regular breaks. Stop using the service if you experience discomfort, dizziness, eyestrain, or hearing symptoms. Do not follow exercises or demonstrations when your physical condition or surroundings make doing so unsafe.
7. Educational information and professional advice
Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Summaries and interpretations may be condensed, reflect a particular perspective, contain errors, or become outdated. They do not replace the complete original work, and their availability does not imply endorsement by its author or publisher. Content is not personalized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice and does not create a professional-client relationship. We do not guarantee learning, health, income, investment, or other results. Consider your circumstances and consult a qualified professional where needed. Do not delay medical care because of content. For emergencies, contact local emergency services; isuper is not an emergency service.
8. Your submissions and community conduct
You retain ownership of your comments, reviews, profile materials, and other submissions. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute them only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, and secure the features through which you submit them. Service providers may exercise these rights for those purposes. This license does not authorize unrelated advertising use or sale of your content. The license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for lawful retention and backup handling described in the Privacy Policy. Copies independently shared by others may remain outside our control. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your submissions. Do not post unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, sexually exploitative, or malicious material; reveal private information without authority; impersonate others; manipulate rewards; or compromise the service. Public submissions may be copied by others. Do not post confidential information.
9. Reports, moderation, and review
We may use automated checks, human review, and reports to investigate violations and may remove content or restrict access proportionately to the issue. Where practicable and legally required, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to seek review. Urgent protective action may occur first. To report abuse, suspected infringement, or an incorrect restriction, use available reporting features or contact support@isuper.hk with the relevant content or account reference and a description of the issue. We will review reports and appeals in accordance with applicable law.
10. Purchases, cancellation, and refunds
Review the price, currency, applicable taxes, duration, included benefits, download restrictions, and renewal terms before purchasing. Fixed-term plans expire unless you make another purchase. Automatically renewing plans are subject to the required disclosures and consent. We will not convert a fixed-term purchase to automatic renewal without the required notice and consent. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing provider before its renewal deadline. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel an externally billed subscription. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to the applicable purchase terms. For App Store purchases, use Apple's subscription and refund processes where required. The Membership Terms apply alongside these Terms. Statutory and applicable store refund rights remain available. Duplicate charges, undelivered benefits, and materially defective or misdescribed services will be addressed through appropriate correction, restoration, or refund. Contact support@isuper.hk for assistance.
11. Points and promotional rewards
Points and rewards have only the uses and validity disclosed when earned or redeemed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not cash, investments, or transferable benefits. Do not obtain or redeem them through fraud or manipulation. Changes will not remove mandatory rights or retrospectively withdraw paid benefits without an appropriate remedy.
12. Third-party services
Third-party sign-in, payment, and linked services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before providing information or purchasing. Third-party opinions and links are not endorsements. We remain responsible for our own service and legal obligations.
13. Suspension and ending the service
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through Settings > Account & Security > Delete account or contact support@isuper.hk. The Privacy Policy explains information handling after deletion. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address material breaches, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or threats to others. Where appropriate, we will give notice, an opportunity to remedy the issue, and a review channel. If we discontinue or materially reduce a prepaid service, we will provide the notice and refund or other remedy required by law and applicable purchase terms.
14. Warranties and responsibility
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the service. Except for express commitments and legally required warranties, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item of content is error-free. We will take reasonable steps to address problems brought to our attention. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or not caused by our breach, negligence, or other legally attributable conduct. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any non-waivable privacy, consumer, or product-liability rights. These Terms do not impose a blanket waiver for accidents.
15. Disputes and local rights
Contact support@isuper.hk to seek resolution of a dispute. Informal contact is not a mandatory prerequisite to filing an eligible claim, complaining to a regulator, or seeking urgent relief, and does not shorten a legal limitation period. Mandatory protections and access to competent courts under applicable law remain available, including protections of your country or state of habitual residence where applicable. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class or representative proceedings, or require all consumers to litigate in Hong Kong. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
