Membership Terms

1. Membership service

isuper membership is provided by HONGKONG GLOBAL IMPROVE LIMITED. During an active membership period, you receive the benefits clearly shown in the app, such as access to membership content and eligible downloads. The purchase screen and order information control the specific benefits, duration, and limitations.

2. Purchase and payment

Review the plan name, price, duration, payment method, and benefit description before placing an order. By confirming a purchase, subscription, renewal, or other payment action, you agree to these Membership Terms and the applicable payment-platform terms. Benefits normally activate after payment is confirmed, but delays may occur while a platform callback or system processing completes.

3. Renewal and cancellation

If a purchase is presented as an automatically renewing subscription, it renews under the rules of the platform that processed it. You can manage or cancel the subscription through that platform, including the App Store or Google Play where applicable. Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period ends.

4. Refunds and benefit adjustments

Membership is a digital-content and online service. Except where required by law, platform policy, or these terms, activated benefits are not refundable solely because you changed your mind. For duplicate charges, paid orders without benefits, order errors, platform refunds, or other eligible situations, we will review the case and provide a refund, restore benefits, or adjust the membership period as appropriate.

5. Restrictions

Membership benefits are for the account holder only. You may not transfer, rent, lend, sell, or use technical means to bypass access controls. We may restrict or end benefits for fraud, account abuse, infringement, or conduct that disrupts the service, and may pursue available remedies.

6. Updates and contact

We may update these Membership Terms because of business, platform, or legal changes and will present the updated version in the app or by another prominent method. Contact support@isuper.hk with questions about membership, orders, refunds, or benefits.
